1. Call Or Helpline
To get information about Jazz packages in Pakistan. just call the Jazz helpline at 111. Here is what you need to do:
- Choose your language when prompted.
- Press 0 to talk to a customer service person.
- Request the Jazz package details for your SIM.
- You will receive all the information in a text message.
This works the same way for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
2.Use SMS or WhatsApp Self-Service
The method to check your package details for prepaid and postpaid customers. Here is how you can do it:
Prepaid Customers:
To see your activated package details send an empty message to 3838. You will receive a reply with information about your activated package status.
Jazz has recently introduced a Whatsapp self-service option to speed up the process. Due to network issues in some areas it might take longer to get a reply from Jazz on your sim. To use Whatsapp self-service send a message saying “Hi” to the number 03003008000. After that send “5” to receive your usage data and call history on your Jazz number.
Postpaid Customers:
Postpaid customers can dial *1111# to obtain details about their calls and activated Jazz packages via SMS.
For Whatsapp service simply send the message “Hi” to the number 03003008000. Following that, send “2” to receive your usage data and call history on your Jazz number.
3.Use the Jazz World App
The Jazz World app in Pakistan helpful things for users. You can easily check your balance activate bundles and more. The app also shows details like when your package expires, how much you have used, and any special offers. Here is how to use it:
- Get the “Jazz World App” from the Play Store and install it.
- Make an account using your active SIM number.
- On the Home page find your remaining details.
- Click to see all your activated packages.
